The male heartthrobs of ABC’s General Hospital are coming to Western Queens. Daytime television actors Scott Reeves, Brandon Barash, Bradford Anderson and Steve Burton will bring their new cover band, Port Chuck, to Studio Square on April 15 for the start of their new 2011 tour. The event will feature a cocktail party and acoustic performances.
“We enjoy playing everything from Rock ’N’ Roll to the Blues,” Burton, who plays the role of Jason Morgan on “General Hospital” and the band’s creator, said. “I started the band because I wanted to give something back to all the fans of the show.”
The program begins at 7:00 p.m., at Studio Square, 35-44 37th St., Long Island City.
Burton told the Gazette that the band hopes to cover many classic songs including “Kockin’ on Heaven’s Door”, “No One Like You” and “Living On A Prayer”.
“We have grown more popular than we could have ever imagined and I hope that this year’s tour continues our success. New York City undoubtedly has our greatest fans,” Burton said.
