Discount shoe retailer, Payless ShoeSource, will be shuffling off the national landscape in late March, a company spokesperson announced. The Topeka, Kansas-based retailer will be liquidating most of its 2,100 stores nationwide by March 31st and will shut down its e-commerce operations, the spokesperson said.
