No More Turns On 31st Street From Hoyt Avenue
The city Department of Transportation has announced that beginning March 31, drivers exiting Grand Central Parkway at Hoyt Avenue will no longer be permitted to make a right-hand turn at 31st Street. Drivers going toward Ditmars Boulevard will have to continue to 19th or 21st Streets in order to make a right turn.
