Queens Borough President Helen Marshall welcomed new Patrol Borough Queens South Commander and Assistant Chief Kevin Ward at Borough Hall on August 8. Marshall congratulated Ward and wished him well following his appointment to his new post. He took over the command on July 31 from Assistant Chief James Secreto, who was reassigned to command Patrol Borough Manhattan North.
