CB 6 To Hold Former Parkway Hospital Rezoning Hearing

Community Board 6 notified the community that they are holding a public hearing on the Planning & Zoning Committee’s report on the rezoning of the former Parkway Hospital (70-35 113th Street, Forest Hills; ULURP Application C-180447 ZMQ). The application is for a zoning map amendment and zoning text amendment to facilitate a two-story enlargement and change of use of the vacant Parkway Hospital building to comprise approximately 135 affordable housing residential units, and approximately 4,000 square feet of community facility use, as well as to develop a new 14-story market-rate residential building comprising approximately 216 units.

The meeting will be held on November 14, at 7:45 pm, at the Kew Gardens Community Center, 80-02 Kew Gardens Rd, Ste. 202, in Kew Gardens.
