New Dutch Kills Development

A 2-story residential building at 33-10 38th Avenue in Long Island City is slated for demolition to make way for a 7-story mixed-use development at the site.

The new building will feature 20 residential units on floors three through seven and an as-yet unspecified community facility on the first- and second floors, along with 20 parking spaces in the cellar and on the first floor.

The building will rise 75-feet from ground level, 2,949-square-feet of community space and 13,775-square-feet of residential space.

The development is located three blocks from the MTA 39th Avenue N/W line, one block from the MTA 36th Street R line, a half-block from Northern Boulevard and the MTA Q-101 bus line and three blocks from the MTA Q-102 bus line. It is also conveniently located within walking distance to the Queens Plaza transportation hub and the Queensborough Bridge.
