OZY Fest: Now in its third year and extended to two days, OZY Fest (July 21-22, Rumsey Playfied in Central Park, NYC) is NYC’s premiere music/food/ideas/politics/festival- “New York’s answer to SXSW” (CNBC). Created by OZY Media, the 40M+/month reaching daily information source for important stories told nowhere else, this year OZY Fest’s theme is “See Beyond,” which OZY CEO/Founder Carlos Watson describes as “a way for people to expand from their social media circles” (NYDN) and engage with ideas/people/culture they would not typically be exposed to. OZY Fest is also the only festival annually and exclusively contracted with Central Park.

OZY Fest will take place Saturday 7/21, 11 AM – 10 PM Sunday 7/22 11: AM – 6 PM. Rumsey Playfield in Central Park, NYC. OZY FEST is something you experience — not something you just attend. OZY FEST 2017 attracted over 5,000 guests who engaged with art, opened their minds to technology, politics and provocative speakers, tasted inventive foods and partied to live music, all in one place. This year’s lineup includes musicians Passion Pit, Common, Grouplove, and Young the Giant; comedians Chelsea Handler, Hasan Minhaj and Michelle Wolf; entrepreneurs Ruth Zukerman (Flywheel), Tim Brown (Allbirds), Cindy Mi (VIPKID); authors Malcolm Gladwell, Steven Pinker, Roxane Gay and Salman Rushdie; performers Taye Diggs, Sanaa Lathan and Laverne Cox; celebrity chefs Marcus Samuelsson and Roy Choi, and many more. Oh and Hillary Clinton will even be speaking!
