Estee Lauder To Open LIC Tech Unit

Cosmetics giant Estee Lauder last week announced plans to relocate some of its employees from a location on Long Island to Queens Plaza.

The decision will relocate dozens of information technology workers from the firm’s research and development operation in Melville, Long Island, to the iconic Brewster Building at 27-01 Queens Plaza North by this summer.

Recently published reports said Estee Lauder would be relocating “select employees” from its Long Island Research Park to a new technology hub located in the Brewster Building.
The firm expects to open the new unit some time in July, according to published reports.
