LIC Development Site Sells For $21.65M

A Long Island City real estate development firm has acquired a 108,000-square-foot development site at 45-57 Davis Street in Long Island City for $21.65 million, according to a post on the Real Deal website.

The Long Island City-based Veora Group recently purchased the parcel, which features three contiguous tax lots within multiple zoning districts, according to the Real Deal. He unique zoning allows for mixed-use, residential and commercial development at the site.

The parcel is located on Jackson Avenue, across from the former Five Pointz warehouse complex, where a two-tower residential complex is under construction.
