Luxury Lifestyle At Queens Plaza

Three high-rise luxury towers featuring 1,800 apartments will start leasing this fall on Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, a spokesperson for developer Tishman Speyer said.

When completed, the development at Queens Plaza South and Jackson Avenue will fill an entire block and will feature three buildings, 42- 44- and 53-feet-tall, the developer said.

The development dubbed “Jackson Park,” will also include a standalone, five-story “amenity clubhouse” featuring a rooftop pool and a one-acre park linking the three towers.

Rents for units in the three buildings have yet to be determined, but tenants should be able to move in by the end of 2017, the developer said.

The development will also feature office and retail space including a gourmet market, food hall, coffee shop, restaurant and boutique fitness center.
