Wednesday, June 14, 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 70’s B Movies with Charles Taylor and Cinema Under the Influence We’re joining forces with Cinema Under the Influence to welcome Charles Taylor, author of “Opening Wednesday at a Theater or Drive In Near You” for a discussion of his new book. “Opening Wednesday...” focuses on overlooked 70’s films lost in the wake of critical favorites and blockbusters. But just like going to the gym, you need to carve out time in your busy schedule to train your writing muscle. In this workshop, we will go through a series of 10-minute reading and writing workouts designed to help improve your creativity, close reading and storytelling skills.
