By Liz Goff
The Circle F Capital development group has filed plans to develop an 11-story, mixed-use building at 22-43 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City – less than a block from the 5 Pointz development.

Plans show he 74,805-square-foot development would feature 71 residential units on floors two through 11, three ground floor retail spaces, a business center, meeting room and gym. Plans also show that some of the residential units would feature a terrace and balcony.

Circle F acquired the property, formerly a headquarters for the International Brotherhood of Teamsters, for approximately $35 million in 2016.

No further details have been released.
