When Hurricane Matthew devastated much of Haiti in October, Garden School high school students Arianna Nieto, Anthony Petruso and Merna Hagar knew they had to do something to help.

“We were horrified to hear about the devastation that Hurricane Matthew brought to Haiti,” said Arianna, “so we formed The World Relief Club at Garden School.”

Hundreds of people were killed and thousands displaced after Hurricane Matthew struck Haiti.

Garden Relief for Haiti has several ways to provide help:

Donate to the GoFundme account to donate money to Haiti. Donations will be accepted for one month, so please donate as much as you can and spread the word through social media. The money will go directly to the Haitian Consulate. Use this GoFundme link to donate: www.gofundme.com/GardenHelpforHaiti
