Astoria-LIC Kiwanis Honors Community Activists



On Thursday, October 6, the Astoria-Long Island City Kiwanis Club held their Annual Cocktail Party. The club celebrated three of their community activist members: Ann Bruno, President 114th Precinct Community Council for over 26 years; George L. Stamatiades, Vice President Thomas M. Quinn & Sons Funeral Home, who has been a Kiwanian for many years; also honored was Pat Gravino, JD., Divisional Vice President Northeast Region/Axa Advisors, LLC, also a member of the Kiwanis Club. The Kiwanis Club leadership stated, “All three of our honorees have a vested interest in our great community. They are all hardworking and very dedicated. The event was held at Riccardo’s by the Bridge, and as always everything was just perfect.
