Wanted For Questioning In Steinway Street Stabbing


One male is described as a black Hispanic, five feet, three inches tall, approximately 20 years old, 140-200 lbs. Another male is described as wearing a red hat, blue jeans and a black jacket. Police are searching for three men wanted for questioning in connection with a recent stabbing on Steinway Street.

Cops said the victim entered into a dispute with a group of strangers in front of 25- 97 Steinway St. at about 4 am on February 2.

The dispute turned physical and one of the men pulled a knife, stabbing the victim in the torso. The suspects fled in an unknown direction, leaving the wounded man on the sidewalk, police said. One male is described as a black Hispanic, five feet, three inches, approximately 20 years old, 140-200 lbs. Another male is described as wearing a red hat, blue jeans and a black jacket.

The victim was taken to Mount Sinai Queens hospital, where he was treated for the non-life-threatening wound.
