On Saturday, December 19 the 108th Precinct Community Council held its Annual Holiday Party at Sunnyside Community Services. The toys were given out by Santa to the children at the Iglesia Alianza, Cristiana Y Misionera Ebenezer Church in Long Island City.

“During the holiday season, it is always important to help the many children of our community” said Diane Ballek, President of the 108th Precinct Community Council. “I would like to thank Captain John Travaglia, Sunnyside Community Services, Officer Luis Diaz, Officer Mark Torres, the 108th Precinct Executive Board, Edwin Cadiz, 108th Precinct Explorers and the many other volunteers who helped make this party a success. Special thanks to Gianna Cerbone-Teoli for organizing the toy drive.”
