Cops Seek Your Help To Nab Subway Thugs

By Liz Goff
Queens Transit police are seeking help from the public to identify and locate two suspects who robbed and assaulted a female straphanger on August 22.

Cops said the 35-year-old woman was riding on a southbound No. 7 train at about 1:50 p.m. on August 22 when the suspects grabbed her Galaxy S6 phone from her hand and fled to the platform at the Junction Boulevard station, police said.

The victim gave chase, and when she caught up with the suspects, they pushed her down a flight of stairs at the station, police said.

The woman was taken to Elmhurst Hospital Center where she was treated for an elbow injury and released.
