By LIZ GOFF
Police are searching for a gang of five suspects who forced their way into a Corona apartment on July 7, where they held a 60-year-old woman at gunpoint and made off with an undetermined amount of cash.

Cops said the suspects broke into the woman’s apartment at gunpoint on 37th Avenue near 100th Street at about 4:50 p.m. on July 7, where one of the suspects held the gun on the woman and forced her to the floor. The woman suffered minor arm injuries in the assault, police said.

The suspects then broke into a locked file cabinet in the woman’s bedroom where they removed an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing in a black SUV, police said.

The victim refused medical attention at the scene, fire officials said.

The suspects are described as dark-skinned Hispanic males, each about 25-years-old, approximately 6-feet-tall and weighing 150 pounds.
