The evening of food and drink took place at Matteo’s in Angelo and Annmarie Gurino, Ragtime

Angelo and Annmarie Gurino, Ragtime Howard Beach, where more than 100 people gathered as sommeliers and sampled some of the best wines, thanks to the generosity of Jack LaSala of Empire Merchants.

“Jack, along with Angelo Gurino of Ragtime, who donated the delicious food, helped make the event a huge success,” said AnneMarie Chirichigno, Chair of the Wine Tasting Committee. “And of course a special thank you goes out to the members of my committee, each of whom donated her time and talents. I couldn’t have done it without them.”

Winners of the evening’s raffles included Joe Mure, who went home with JetBlue tickets anywhere the airline flies.

The NYFAC Foundation is a 501 (C) (3). Their next event will be the annual car wash/car show at the Lindenwood Shopping Center, set for Sunday, June 14. To learn more, visit www.nyfacfoundation.org.
