It’s Festive Times In Astoria

Gorgeous summery temperatures brought crowds to the Astoria Spring Festival sponsored by the Astoria Restoration Association. The free festival was held on Sunday, May 17, on 31st Street, from Ditmars Boulevard to 21st Avenue. There were great bargains, delicious food, beautiful antiques, crafts, cool music, and much more. The Astoria Restoration Association is a non-profit community corporation formed by the merchants and residents of the Ditmars community to enhance and support the neighborhood. Funds raised from the sale of spaces goes to the Astoria Restoration Association for its charitable activities. —Melissa Mennona Gorgeous summery temperatures brought crowds to the Astoria Spring Festival sponsored by the Astoria Restoration Association.
