The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance in locating Cathy Lu who is wanted for questioning in regard to an abandoned infant found within the confines of the 114th Precinct.  

On Sunday, August 19, at approximately 11:30 p.m. police responded to a 911 call of an abandoned baby in the rear of 50-07 Broadway (Woodside Houses), within the confines of the 114 Pct.  Officers discovered a female newborn, only a few hours old, wrapped in a sheet, lying within a grassy area. EMS also responded to the location, and transported the child to Elmhurst Hospital in stable condition.
