Congressmember Bob Turner spoke at the Point Breezy Association meeting on August 13 in Breezy Point. The congressmember spoke about his recent fact-finding trip to Latin America, as well as the new partnership between the National Parks Service and the city Department of Parks and Recreation. He expressed hope that this will lead to an improved relationship between the community and use of the federal and city land in the Rockaways.
