Assemblymember Phil Goldfeder and his son Asher, joined dozens of children and families to watch a free puppet show presented by the City Parks Foundation and enjoyed other family-fun activities hosted by Frances Scarantino of Reach for the S.T.A.R.S. Day-care at P.S. 146 in Howard Beach.
