Bay Terrace Country Club Holds Community Flea Market

AntosThe Bay Terrace Country Club (BTCC) held its first annual Spring flea market on May 5 featuring local business all based in Bayside.

Maria Christoforou and Lisa Grim handed out crunchy treats from their creation, Tastefully Simple  and guests were treated to a message from the healing experts at 3 Elements Healing Arts Center Massage Therapy and Acupuncture while listening to music provided by Andrew Bennett Karaoke.

"The response to our flea market has been 3 Elements Healing Arts Center Massage Therapy and Acupuncture treated guests to messages.3 Elements Healing Arts Center Massage Therapy and Acupuncture treated guests to messages.extroadinary and we hope to continue this next year ," said board member Giovanna Guerci said. "Because we are a members only club a lot of people do not know that we are here and it's events like a our flea market that helps us get the word out to the community that the Bay Terrace Country Club is here for all to enjoy."

The BTCC, 217-14 24th Ave., Bayside, is a cooperatively owned private swim club overlooking Little Neck Bay.

The main pool, one of the largest in Queens, includes an accessible handicapped ramp, lap lanes, two slides and plenty of open swim areas. Other amenities include free onsite parking, locker rooms with showers, deck and lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas as well as the full service Café by the Bay concession stand. Water aerobics and children’s group swim lessons are offered free of charge.
