Queens Library at North Forest Park, 98-27 Metropolitan Ave., will be closed, effective April 25, for approximately six weeks while a new roof is installed. During that time, the book bus will be providing limited service every Monday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Library customers are invited to use any of Queens Library’s other locations. The closest are in Forest Hills, 108-19 71st Ave.; Richmond Hill, 118-14 Hillside Ave. and Middle Village, 72-31 Metropolitan Ave. The library in Middle Village has a 24/7 self-service return for customer convenience. Library customers may renew materials using the Queens Library Web site at www.queenslibrary.org or by phone at 718-990-8508.
