Councilmember Elizabeth S. Crowley and the Forest Park Trust present Forest Park’s free Holiday Happening on December 3, from noon to 3 p.m., at Oak Ridge, One Forest Park, Woodhaven. The event features a performance of A Christmas Carol, craft making, carolers and of course a visit from Santa.
