Councilmember Dan Halloran (R-Whitestone) presented a city citation to Katherine McQuade, 15, of Whitestone on July 20 at his district office. McQuade is a competitor in this year’s America’s National Teenager Pageant. A star student at the Professional Performing Arts School, McQuade, is an active member of her community, volunteering at numerous local organizations and charities. Halloran wrote a letter to the pageant’s committee in support of McQuade’s candidacy.
