The NYPD is seeking the public’s assistance in regard to a grand larceny that occurred within the confines of the 114th Precinct. On November 1, at approximately 2:00 p.m. the victim, a white male, 37, realized that his Visa debit card went missing from his wallet. The card was subsequently used to make purchases at several locations, with an unknown suspect purchasing items in excess of $2,000. The suspect is described as a black male in his early 40s, with short black hair, wearing a gray sweater, a dark vest and dark pants. Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
