Queens College Professor Hacker Celebrates 40 Years Of Teaching
Renowned political scientist, distinguished author and Queens College Professor Emeritus Andrew Hacker celebrated 40 years of teaching at the college. Hacker began teaching at the school in 1971 following 16 years as a professor at Cornell University. Among Hacker’s landmark books are the much-discussed Higher Education? How Colleges Are Wasting Our Money and Failing Our Kids – and What We Can Do About It which, he wrote with Dreifus and Two Nations: Black and White, Separate, Hostile, Unequal.
