The Long Island City Business Development Annual Long Island City Real Estate Breakfast Panel will take place on Wednesday, May 19, from 8 until 10 a.m. at Waters Edge Restaurant on the East River at 401 44th Dr. in Long Island City.
The event will feature networking and a full breakfast.  
 Panelists will present an overview of current developments in the NYC and Long Island City real estate markets, and future projections, followed by a question and answer session.
Panelists confirmed to date will include President of the N.Y. Building Congress, Richard Anderson, Dean of CUNY School of Law Michelle Anderson and Shih Lee, owner of Shi Restaurant.
David Brause, of Brause Real Estate, will moderate.
