Whitestone based Transitional Services for New York (TSI), a comprehensive mental health agency serving Queens County, recently held a dinner gala in celebration of its 34th anniversary. State Senator Frank Padavan served as master of ceremonies for the event, at which Georgiana Reese, Edward Sadowsky and Dr. Ann Sullivan were honored. Roslyn Nieves of QPTV received a surprise award as a special person who has provided extraordinary services to the agency.
