Astoria Agent DiBlasi Donates $500 To Autism

Allstate Agent Joseph DiBlasi secured a $500 grant for New York Families for Autistic Children in Ozone Park through the Allstate Foundation. Allstate Insurance Agent Joseph DiBlasi, whose office is located at 35-16 Ditmars Blvd., Astoria, has received the Agency Hands in the Community Award for his commitment to volunteering in the community. With this award came a $500 grant from the Allstate Foundation for New York Families for Autistic Children in Ozone Park, where DiBlasi volunteers.

"Joe is an active and respected member of the business community, protecting people with insurance and financial services products," Allstate Regional Sales Leader Charlie Lala, who nominated DiBlasi for this award, said. "He also makes a point of getting involved personally by dedicating himself to making a difference in people's lives. Allstate believes that it is very important for corporations to take an active interest in the communities they serve. Allstate is proud of Joe and his efforts to support New York Families for Autistic Children through the Allstate Foundation."

Established in 1952, the Allstate Foundation is an independent, charitable organization made possible by subsidiaries of the Allstate Corporation. The Allstate Foundation partners with non-profit organizations on community initiatives that promote "safe and vital communities", "tolerance, inclusion, and diversity" and "economic empowerment". Teen driving and empowering victims of domestic violence have been priorities for the Foundation since 2005.
