‘Ex’ Busted In Nude Picture ‘Assault’
A 28-year-old Queens man found himself posing for arrest photos last week after he plastered nude photos of his former girlfriend all over her Richmond Hill neighborhood, police said.
Police said Suresh Persaud stalked and threatened his 19-year-old, now married, former lover before he tacked the shocking photos outside her family home, on trees, street poles, auto windshields and front doors throughout the neighborhood.
Cops said Persaud stalked the victim from April to June, making phone calls and sending her e-mails threatening to kill her or “mess up her life”.
According to a criminal complaint filed with the court, Persaud threatened to “have his friends beat her up and put her in the hospital” and “hack into her AOL account”.
Persaud, who has prior arrests for DWI, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, was arrested on June 27 and charged with aggravated harassment.
He was released on $1,000 bail at his arraignment at Queens Criminal Court, where he was also advised an Order of Protection has been taken out against him and issued a warning to stay away from and avoid contact with the victim.

Ince was arrested and charged with assault and criminal mischief.

Bar Owner, 83, Dies In Sewage Drain
The 83-year-old owner of a Flushing tavern suffocated last week after he slipped into a sewage drain in the parking lot of the bar, police said.
Police said Luigi Cerrone was cleaning the drain at Prince II at Northern Boulevard and 160th Street when he slipped and slid into the drain. He became stuck in the drain and trapped by sewer sludge.
Investigators said there is no way to tell how long Cerrone was trapped, but they believe he was stuck in the sludge for less than 24 hours. Paramedics pronounced Cerrone dead at the scene.
Police sources said investigators believe there was no foul play involved, but they are continuing their probe into the incident.
Police are awaiting the results of an autopsy by the city Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the exact cause of death.

Fireworks Interdiction
Police assigned to a fireworks interdiction team at the NYPD Organized Crime Control Bureau last week busted two Long Island men who were transporting illegal fireworks along the Whitestone Expressway.
Authorities said the cops were conducting surveillance when they spotted Karl Jurgensen, 44, and Fred Masso, 33, driving along the expressway in a Ford Expedition they believed was carrying the illegal explosives.
When the cops pulled over the Expedition at 20th Avenue and the Whitestone Expressway, they recovered a cache of approximately 42 cases of fireworks, police said.
Jurgensen and Masso were charged with unlawful possession of fireworks and illegal sale of fireworks.

Detainee Busted For Stationhouse Assault
A detainee at a Jackson Heights stationhouse was rearrested on June 22 after he attacked another man in the police lockup.
Police said Jeronimo Hernandez, 19, was in a holding cell at the 115th Precinct at about 6:30 p.m. on June 22 when he attacked a cellmate.
Court papers state that cops at the Northern Boulevard stationhouse witnessed Hernandez as he head-butted the man twice, leaving him with a bloody nose. Cops rushed to the lockup and stopped the attack, authorities said.
Hernandez was charged with assault.
