Members of the 114th Civilian Observation Patrol (Civ-OP), Inc, police officers from the 114th Precinct and the 114th Precinct Explorers teamed up to clean graffiti on 45th Street and Astoria Boulevard recently. Everyone worked very hard from noon to 4 p.m., cleaning the whole block.
