Friends and family crowded into Central Lounge, 20-30 Steinway St., on Thursday, March 13 to celebrate City Councilmember Peter Vallone Jr.'s birthday. From 6 to 8 p.m., well-wishers enjoyed drinks and appetizers and mingled with area elected officials and community leaders.
