Sunday, March 9:

• A 19-year-old Hispanic male was charged with assault and harassment after he punched a victim in the face at 28th Street and 34th Avenue.

• A 28-year-old Hispanic male was observed on a victim's porch at 56-25 28th Ave., damaging the victim's house windows and doors with a shovel. He then proceeded to damage the victim's vehicle with the same shovel and was charged with criminal mischief, criminal trespass and spitting in public .

• Two black males, both 19 years old, and a 20-year-old black male were observed operating a vehicle from which music was emanating at an unreasonable volume. When they were stopped at 36-11 33rd St., they were found in possession of marijuana and had a loaded weapon under the passenger seat. They were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.

• A 26-year-old Hispanic male was observed inside 11-27 31st Dr. without permission attempting to take a laptop computer, also without permission. He was charged with burglary.

Saturday, March 8:

• A 44-year-old black male was charged with assault after he punched a victim in the face at 34- 21 21st St.

• A 24-year-old white male was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, petit larceny and possession of a hypodermic instrument after he was observed stealing merchandise from 28-56 Steinway St. and on further investigation, was found to be in possession of a hypodermic needle and wanted on an active warrant.

• A 28-year-old Hispanic male was charged with assault after he punched a victim in the face at 30-16 41st St.

• A 26-year-old Hispanic male and two 20- year-old Hispanic females were charged with criminal possession of marijuana after they were observed with marijuana in public at Newtown Road and 41st Street.

Friday, March 7:

• A 24-year-old Hispanic male was charged with theft of service and harassment after he refused to pay cab fare and threatened a victim at 23-22 48th St.

• A 19-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal trespass after he was observed inside a parking lot at 50-01 Northern Blvd. without permission, where he was looking into vehicles.

• A 39-year-old white male was observed drinking alcohol in public at 21st Avenue and 27th Street and upon further investigation, was found to be wanted on three active warrants. He was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public.

Thursday, March 6:

• A 20-year-old Hispanic male was observed at Newtown Avenue and Crescent Street breaking a window to gain access into a victim's vehicle and causing damage. He was also observed urinating in public after exiting the vehicle. He was charged with criminal mischief, unauthorized use of a vehicle and public urination.

• A 27-year-old black male was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance and resisting arrest after he was observed conducting an illegal drug transaction involving narcotics at 34th Avenue and 34th Street.

• Two black males, both 15 years old, were each charged with robbery after they forcibly removed a victim's cellphone at Broadway and 51st Street.

Wednesday, March 5:

• A 44-year-old Hispanic male was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, criminal contempt, assault and harassment after he violated a valid order of protection by entering a victim's 30th Road home and punching the victim in the face.

Tuesday, March 4:

• A black male and a black female, both 24 years old, were charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal use of a firearm and reckless endangerment after they were found in possession of a loaded firearm in public at 24th Street and 40th Avenue.

• A 29-year-old Hispanic male was observed driving vehicle while using a cellphone and not wearing a seat belt. When he was stopped at 29th Street and Hoyt Avenue North, he was found to be operating vehicle with a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator, driving while using a cellphone and a seatbelt violation.

• A 14-year-old male was charged with criminal mischief and making graffiti after he was observed through video surveillance making graffiti on garage doors at Long Island City H.S., 14- 30 Broadway.

• A 31-year-old black male was observed using a cellphone while driving a vehicle. When he was stopped at 31st Street and Hoyt Avenue North, he was found to have a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and driving while using a cellphone.

• A white male and a Hispanic male, both 17 years old, were observed inside 34-24 Vernon Blvd. without permission. On further investigation, the Hispanic male was found to be in possession of marijuana. Both were charged with criminal trespass and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Monday, March 3:

• A 42-year-old Hispanic male was observed throwing an empty beer can out the window of a moving vehicle. When he was stopped at 30th Drive and 14th Street, he exhibited signs of intoxication and the vehicle was found to contain more empty beer cans. He was charged with DWI and violation of a local law.

• Two Hispanic males 15 and 17 years old were charged with criminal possession of marijuana after they were observed smoking marijuana in public at 32-59 48th St.

• A 16-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of a weapon after he was observed with a knife partially displayed in his waistband in public at 34th Avenue and 32nd Street.

• Three black males 13, 15 and 16 years old were each charged with assault and harassment after they repeatedly punched and kicked a victim at 21st Street and 30th Avenue.

• A 23-year-old Hispanic male was charged with menacing after he threatened a victim with a bat at 21-18 21st Rd.

• A 20-year-old Hispanic male was charged with menacing and reckless endangerment after he threw a rock at a victim from a moving vehicle and then proceeded to attempt to strike the victim with a broomstick. The incident took place at Ditmars Boulevard and 26th Street.

• A 39-year-old white female was charged with assault after she scratched a victim's neck and hand. The incident took place at 19-15 23rd Ave.

Sunday, March 2:

• A 20-year-old black male was charged with assault and disorderly conduct after he punched a victim in the head at Astoria Boulevard and 21st Street.

• Three Hispanic males, 17, 40 and 42 years old, were each charged with assault after they repeatedly punched a victim about the head and face at 25-22 Astoria Blvd.

• A 16-year-old black female was charged with assault and disorderly conduct after she punched and kicked a victim in the face multiple times at Astoria Boulevard and 21st Street.

• A 50-year-old Hispanic male was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after he was observed drinking alcohol in public at Crescent Street and 30th Avenue. On further investigation, he was found to be wanted on an active warrant.

• A 17-year-old white male was charged with criminal mischief, making graffiti and possession of a graffiti instrument after he was observed spray painting graffiti on a commercial truck at 30th Avenue and 41st Street, causing damage.

Saturday, March 1:

• A 25-year-old Hispanic male was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after he was observed drinking alcohol in public and yelling profanities in public at 31st Street and 30th Avenue.

Friday, February 29:

• A 48-year-old Hispanic male was charged with running an unlicensed bottle club, engaging in the prohibited sale of alcohol, violation of a drug store permit, after hours sale of alcohol and criminal nuisance when he was found in charge of a location serving alcohol without a license after legal hours of operation at 37-19 Broadway.

• A 39-year-old white male was observed operating a vehicle while talking on a cellphone. When he was stopped at Newtown Avenue and Crescent Street, he was found to have a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and driving while using a cellphone.

• A 52-year-old Hispanic female was observed blocking pedestrian and vehicular traffic at 21st Street and 40th Avenue and upon further investigation, was found to be wanted on an active warrant. She was charged with bail jumping and disorderly conduct.

• A 24-year-old Hispanic male was observed blocking pedestrian traffic at 41st Street and Broadway and upon further investigation, was found to be wanted on an active warrant. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 17-year-old white male was charged with resisting arrest, criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana after he was observed smoking marijuana in public at 28-79 21st Ave.

• A 55-year-old black male and a 57-year-old black female were charged with criminal trespass after they were observed inside property at 34-24 Vernon Blvd. without permission.

• At Newtown Road and 47th Street, a 28- year-old Hispanic male was observed blocking pedestrian traffic and on further investigation, was found to be in possession of a box cutter and to be wanted on an active warrant. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and disorderly conduct.

• A 49-year-old Hispanic male was charged with reckless endangerment and harassment after he grabbed a victim and attempted to push her out a third floor window at 18-18 21st Ave., then later returned and started kicking the victim's door to gain entry.
