Missing Glendale Senior Sought

ERICH WEISS, age 70

Erich Weiss is a 70-year old white male who suffers from dementia/Alzheimer’s disease and may require help returning home.  He is 5’ 9” and weighs 200 pounds.  He has blue eyes, a fair complexion, grey hair and speaks German and English.  He has a scar on the back of his spine and a very noticeable skin tag on the back of his neck.

He was last seen in the Glendale area of Queens wearing a long sleeve teal-colored shirt, beige vest with black lining, olive green pants and slippers, black corduroy cap with Showboat casino logo and a jacket with Trump Marina logo.

Mr. Weiss is enrolled in the MedicAlert® + Alzheimer’s Association Safe Return® Program and his ID # is 240845, but he is not wearing any of his identification products.
