Sunday, February 17:

•A 41-year-old Hispanic male was charged with running an unlicensed bottle club, unlicensed warehouse liquor storage, criminal nuisance and sale of alcohol without a license after he was found in charge of an establishment at 40-26 28th St. without a liquor license where alcohol was being sold to patrons.

• A 17-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana after he was found in possession of marijuana at 34-27 Crescent St.

• A 22-year-old Hispanic male yelling obscenities, causing a crowd to gather at 35- 25 Steinway St., was charged with disorderly conduct.

Saturday, February 16:

• A 23-year-old white male was obstructing vehicular traffic at Steinway Street and 35th Avenue and upon further investigation, was found to be wanted on an active warrant. He was charged with disorderly conduct.

• A 28-year-old Hispanic male was stopped in his vehicle at 33rd Street and 31st Avenue for excessive noise and was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator.

• Three Hispanic males 20, 21 and 23 years old, and a 25-year-old black male threatened a victim with a baseball bat at 25- 22 34th Ave. All were charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment. The black male was also charged with unlawful imprisonment because he refused to let another person leave the location who did not allow him access to the building as he attempted to flee.

• A 19-year-old Hispanic male was charged with disorderly conduct for making unreasonable noise at Broadway and 14th Street. On further investigation, he was found to be wanted on an active warrant.

• A 17-year-old black male was charged with criminal mischief and possession of a graffiti instrument after he was found to have made graffiti on the walls of two buildings at Crescent Street and 36th Avenue.

• A 54-year-old white male was charged with running an unlicensed bottle club, unlicensed warehouse liquor storage and sale of alcohol without a liquor license after he was found in charge of an establishment at 47-16 30th Ave. that was selling alcohol without a liquor license.

• A 27-year-old Hispanic male was observed drinking rum in public at Hoyt Avenue North and 19th Street and upon further investigation, was found to be wanted on an active warrant. He was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public.

Friday, February 15:

• A 42-year-old white male was charged with running an unlicensed bottle club, unlicensed warehouse liquor storage, criminal nuisance and sale of alcohol without a license after he was found in charge of an establishment without a liquor license at 33- 22 28th Ave. where alcohol was being sold to multiple patrons.

• Three males, two 20 years old and one 23 years old, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental administration, criminal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal sale of marijuana, criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana after they were observed exchanging money for marijuana in public at 34th Avenue and 29th Street.

• A 46-year-old black male was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after he was observed drinking beer in public at 31-03 30th Ave. and on further investigation, was found to be wanted on two active warrants.

Thursday, February 14:

• A 28-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal trespass after he was observed inside property at 35-18 43rd St. without permission and on further investigation, was found to be wanted on an active warrant.

• Three white males 23, 24 and 25 years old were observed operating a vehicle in an erratic manner. When the vehicle was stopped at 35th Avenue and 36th Street, they were found to be in possession of marijuana and were charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Wednesday, February 13:

• A 21-year-old white male was charged with criminal possession of marijuana after he was found in possession of marijuana at Ditmars and Shore Boulevards.

• A 24-year-old Hispanic male was charged with assault and harassment after he punched a victim in the face at 28-19 Astoria Blvd.

• A 19-year-old Hispanic female was charged with criminal possession of marijuana after she was found in possession of marijuana in public at 27th Avenue and 1st Street.

Tuesday, February 12:

• A 13-year-old black male was charged with obstructing governmental administration, assault and harassment after he threw an object and struck a victim in the eye with it. The incident took place at 21st Street and 30th Avenue.

• A white male and female, both 24 years old and a 28-year-old black male were observed at 21-51 45th St. smoking marijuana in public and were found in possession of two gravity knives. All three were charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of marijuana.

Monday, February 11:

• A 21-year-old male was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and menacing after he punched a victim in the face and threatened a victim with a folding knife at 20-17 Steinway St.

• A 33-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal impersonation after he pretended to be a police officer to gain entry into a building at 14-04 31st Ave.

• Upon execution of a search warrant at 41-05 10th St., a 52-year-old Hispanic female and a 29-year-old Hispanic male were found in possession of cocaine and other drug paraphernalia and were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, February 10:

• An 18-year-old white male was charged with criminal possession of marijuana after he was observed smoking marijuana in public at Crescent Street and 34th Avenue.

• A 26-year-old Hispanic male was observed urinating in public at 43-10 Broadway and upon further investigation, was found to be wanted on an active warrant. He was charged with public urination.

• Two Hispanic males 17 and 18 years old were charged with assault after they punched a victim in the nose at 28th Street and 23rd Avenue.

• Two Hispanic males 30 and 41 years old were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance after they were found in possession of cocaine in public at 28th Avenue and 44th Street.

• A 34-year-old white male was observed urinating in public at 36th Street and 36th Avenue and upon further investigation, was found to be wanted on three active warrants. He was charged with public urination.

• A 22-year-old white male was charged with assault, criminal mischief and harassment after he punched two victims and struck a victim's vehicle window with a glass bottle, causing damage. The incident took place at 36th Avenue and 35th Street.

• A 43-year-old Hispanic male was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment after he struck a victim in the head repeatedly with a barbell at 34-19 41st St.

• A 43-year-old black male was charged with criminal mischief and petit larceny after he broke into a victim's vehicle at 37-10 36th Ave. and attempted to remove property from inside.

• A 26-year-old black male was charged with burglary after he was observed attempting to enter a victim's apartment window at 35-45 9th St. without permission.

• A43-year-old Hispanic male was observed inside a victim's home at 32-89 30th St. without permission, which he had entered by breaking a lock to get into the property. On further investigation, he was found in possession of cocaine. He was charged with criminal mischief, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal trespass.
