Two Sought For Armed Robbery In 114th Precinct

Two 18-year-old black males are sought by police in connection with an armed robbery last month. At about 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 20, 2007, the two, one of whom is five feet, eight inches tall, weighing 170 pounds, and the other, five feet, six inches tall, weighing 160 pounds and armed with a shotgun, entered 30-75 51st St., Astoria, went behind the bar and removed an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. The armed suspect then struck a 22- year-old male employee with the gun and both suspects fled. The employee was treated at the scene for minor injuries.

Sunday, January 27:

• A 33-year-old white male was charged with assault after he punched a victim in the face multiple times at 29th Street and 23rd Avenue.

• A 37-year-old white male was charged with assault and leaving the scene of an accident after he was involved in a car accident at 29th Street and 23rd Avenue, punched the other motorist and then fled the scene.

• A 25-year-old white female was charged with assault after she grabbed, pushed and slapped a victim at 31-76 30th St.

• A 22-year-old male was observed at Broadway and 29th Street dealing marijuana and was found in possession of more marijuana. He was charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of marijuana, criminal sale of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana.

• A 23-year-old Hispanic male was observed urinating in public at Steinway Street and 34th Avenue and could not produce valid identification. He was charged with urinating in public.

Saturday, January 26:

• A 34-year-old white male was charged with menacing after he threatened to hit a victim with a club he took from inside his vehicle. The incident took place at Newtown Road and 44th Street.

• A 43-year-old white male was charged with criminal mischief, assault, resisting arrest and harassment after he punched a victim in the head and then kicked another person's vehicle door, causing damage. The incident took place at 36-05 36th Ave.

• A 19-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, false personation and disorderly conduct after he refused to disperse from 45-01 Northern Blvd. and was found in possession of a stolen ID.

• A 40-year-old white male was charged with criminal mischief after he broke a victim's window at 25-74 37th St.

Friday, January 25:

• A 17-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of a weapon after he had been disorderly at 12-21 31st Ave. and on further investigation, was found to be in possession of a box cutter.

• Two Hispanic females, both 13 years old, were charged with assault after they pushed a victim into a pole at Crescent Street and 36 Avenue.

• A 44-year-old white male was charged with harassment after he slapped a victim in the face at 23-22 28th St.

• A 34-year-old white female refused to pay cab fare after she had been driven to Broadway and 37th Street and was charged with theft of service.

• A 23-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal possession of marijuana after he was found at Ditmars Boulevard and 45th Street in possession of marijuana.

Thursday, January 24:

• A 38-year-old Hispanic male was charged with aggravated harassment and petit larceny after he took a victim's passport and threatened the victim via text messaging. The incident took place at 26-18 18th St.

• Three Hispanic males, two 19 years old and one 20 years old were observed making graffiti on an underpass at 32nd Avenue and 62nd Street and were charged with making graffiti and possession of a graffiti instrument.

• An Indian female 28 years old, an Indian male 29 years old and three Hispanic males, 22, 24 and 30 years old were charged with criminal trespass after they were observed inside a closed New York City park at 28th Street and 37th Avenue.

Wednesday, January 23:

• A 32-year-old Hispanic male punched a victim in the eye at 32-23 37th Ave. and was charged with assault.

• A 36-year-old black male was charged with assault after he punched a victim several times about the body. The incident took place at 12-14 27th Ave.

• A 16-year-old male made graffiti on a garage at 34-16 Astoria Blvd. and upon arrest, provided false identification information. He was charged with criminal mischief, making graffiti, possession of a graffiti instrument and false personation.

Tuesday, January 22:

• A 24-year-old Hispanic male was charged with assault and harassment after he punched a victim in the head at 32-61 32nd St.

• A 13-year-old Hispanic male was charged with assault and harassment after he struck a victim in the head with a school bag at 36-41 28th St.

• A 26-year-old white male was charged with theft of service after he was driven to 21st Street and 37th Avenue and refused to pay cab fare.

Monday, January 21:

• A 41-year-old Asian male was charged with assault and harassment after he struck a victim in the face with an ice scraper at 29th Street and 30th Avenue.
