      Plans are underway for the city Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) to become the sole tenant of Two Gotham Center, a 662,000-squarefoot, 21-story, Class A office tower to be built on the site of a former parking garage near Queens Plaza at 28th Street and Thomson Avenue.

Our waterways are an underutilized natural asset. Most of our existing public transportation and roadways are already operating at or above capacity.
