Assemblymember Ellen Young, 22nd Assembly District, Flushing, is a communityoriented legislator who pays special attention to seniors, affordable housing and schools.

Michael Den Dekker, 34th Assembly District, Jackson Heights/Corona, running to succeed Assemblymember Ivan Lafayette, who retired, has been closely involved in Queens' political and civic life for many years and has shown he has the aptitude and energy to capably fulfill the office of assemblymember.
