Paul Vallone Council Campaign Holds Fundraiser

Friends of Paul Vallone Treasurer Angela Meloni said that close to $40,000 was raised from this one event.

Besides being a financial success, Vallone's campaign received an important boost with an endorsement from District Co- Leaders Mary Anne Dorsa and John Dorsa.

Vallone was introduced by incumbent Councilmembers James Gennaro, Hiram Monserrate and Peter Vallone Jr., Vallone's brother, who currently represents the 22nd Council District in Astoria.

Paul Vallone promised a positive campaign emphasizing the needs of the district and the preservation of his prospective constituents' quality of life. "Great leaders start as good people," an attendee commented.
