Marshall Funds 40-Foot Craft For Row N.Y.

Row New York students joined Borough President Helen Marshall at Flushing Meadows-Corona Park on Thursday, November 1 to launch the 40-foot, four-seat The Helen Marshall rowing vessel. Marshall allocated $11,000 in funding to purchase the craft, which will be used in competitive rowing races by Row New York, a Long Island City-based organization that uses rowing and teamwork as motivational skills.
