Starita Is Commerce Flushing Branch Manager

Commerce Bank (NYSE: CBH), "America's Most Convenient Bank", has named Lori Starita manager of its branch at Francis Lewis and Northern Boulevards in Flushing.

Starita will be responsible for new business development, consumer lending and managing personnel and day-to-day operations at the Flushing location. She joins Commerce with more than 20 years of banking experience, and was most recently a real estate manager for Washington Mutual. Starita resides in North Coram, New York.

A Commerce Bank branch generally requires a staff of 20 full- and part-time employees, plus lending executives and operations personnel. As it expands, Commerce Bank will continue to provide jobs for local residents throughout the bank's footprint. Commerce Bank currently has 15 convenient locations throughout Queens.
