MPB School Celebrates 50 Years

Most Precious Blood School is celebrating its golden anniversary this year. For 50 years, the school has served as a source of educational and spiritual guidance for the community and its members.

To commemorate this special occasion, a dinner-dance, which is open to the public, will be held on Saturday, November 24, 2007, in the school gymnasium on 32-23 36th St., Astoria. The celebration will begin with a mass at 5:30 p.m., followed by welcoming remarks and a tour of the school at 6:30 p.m. Guests will then enjoy an evening of dinner and dancing.

Tickets for the dinner-dance are $60 per person. Admission includes dinner, an open bar serving wine, beer and assorted soft drinks, music, and a complimentary copy of the Alumni Journal.
