Sunnysider Chews Burgers To Win At Choo-Choo's

Choo-Choo's held its first annual burger-eating contest last Saturday. Choo-Choo's owner, Ismet Bracic, a 26-year-old native Astorian, held the event in front of his establishment, 22-49 31st St., Astoria, where a large crowd of onlookers cheered on the contestants. Winner Benjamin Mulkerin of Sunnyside, who gobbled six burgers in five minutes, and runnersup received prizes courtesy of event sponsors Matrix Fitness Club, Kreynglish Entertainment, Cinema Paradiso, KaiLeung's Shotojuku Karate Dojo, Rosario's, gooutny online magazine and Choo-Choo's.
Mulkerin chews his way to victory.
