Tuesday, August 7:

• A 29-year-old Hispanic male was observed running a red light at 21st Street and 24th Avenue and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and traffic device violation.

• At 30-91 Steinway St. a 39-year-old man was found blocking vehicular traffic and refusing to move and was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

• A 40-year-old white male slashed a victim several times about the body and face at 72-05 Astoria Blvd. The defendant was charged with assault, unlawful imprisonment and criminal possession of a weapon.

• An Asian male, 50 years old spat and lunged at a Traffic Agent who was issuing a summons at 33-12 30th Ave. The defendant was charged with obstructing governmental administration and menacing

• A 13-year-old male took a victim's iPod without permission at 35-44 Steinway St. and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.

• A 14-year-old male took a victim's iPod without permission at 40-20 Broadway and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.

• A 51-year-old black male was found to be in possession of cocaine and was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• A 41-year-old Hispanic male was observed stealing merchandise from 28-56 Steinway St. and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.

• A black 27-year-old male was observed concealing a gravity knife at 12th Street and 42nd Avenue and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

• At Hazen Street and 77th Avenue, a 24- year-old Hispanic man was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator for operating a vehicle without a license,

• A 24-year-old white male was observed operating a vehicle without wearing a seat belt and was found to have a revoked license. The defendant was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator.

• A 32-year-old black female was observed selling herself to passing vehicles while blocking vehicular traffic at 10th Street and 38th Avenue and was charged with loitering and disorderly conduct.

• A 21-year-old Hispanic female acted obnoxious in public and caused a crowd to gather at 30-86 32nd St. She was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

• Three 15-year old black males threw a victim to the ground at Shore and Ditmars Boulevards while stealing the victim's property and were charged with robbery.

Wednesday, August 8:

• A 31-year-old black male operating a vehicle without headlights and with a suspended license at 31st Drive and Vernon Boulevard was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, equipment violation and unlicensed operator.

• A 46-year-old male and a 39-year-old female, both white, were observed inside a closed New York City park at Hoyt Avenue North and 19th Street drinking beer in public and were charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal trespass and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public.

• A 21-year-old Hispanic male was involved in a vehicular accident at Newtown Road and 50th Street at which time he exhibited signs of intoxication and was charged with DWI.

• At Hoyt Avenue South and 31st Street a 34- year-old Asian male was using his cellphone while driving and found to have a suspended license. The defendant was charged with failure to answer an appearance ticket and driving while using a cellphone.

• At Astoria Park South and 18th Street an18- year-old Hispanic male was observed walking a dog without a leash in a New York City park and upon further investigation could not produce identification and was found in possession of marijuana. He was charged with a local law violation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

• A 32-year-old Hispanic male punched a victim in the face at 38-02 30th St. and was charged with assault.

• A 22-year-old black male, was found in possession of marijuana at Shore and Ditmars Boulevards and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

Thursday, August 9:

• A 41-year-old Hispanic man at Broadway and 41st Street was seen turning without signaling and upon car stop, exhibited signs of intoxication. He was charged with DWI, equipment violation, unlicensed operator and improper turn/fail to signal.

• A 27-year-old white male was observed operating his vehicle while intoxicated at Astoria Boulevard and 8th Street and was charged with DWI.

• A 22-year-old Hispanic male, head butted a victim in the face at 31st Avenue and 44th Street and was charged with assault and harassment.

• At 33rd Street and Astoria Boulevard, a 23- year-old male Hispanic, was involved in a vehicle accident and was found to have a suspended license. The defendant was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator.

• A 19-year-old Hispanic female scratched and punched a victim in the face at 21st Avenue and Shore Boulevard and was charged with assault and harassment.

• A 38-year-old Hispanic male punched his victim in the face and was charged with assault and harassment at the 114th Precinct station house at 34-16 Astoria Blvd.

• A black 43-year-old male was observed changing lanes at 41st Street and 36th Avenue without signaling and upon being stopped was found to have a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and moving from a lane unsafely.

• A 33-year-old Hispanic male was stopped at Northern Boulevard and 48th Street for operating a vehicle with defective brake lights and was found to have a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, inadequate/no stop lamps and unlicensed operator.

• A 30-year-old Hispanic male was seen inside a closed New York City park drinking beer in public at 30th Avenue and 30th Street. The defendant was charged with criminal trespass and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public.

Friday, August 10:

• At 31st Avenue and 21st Street a 19-yearold male Hispanic was observed with cocaine in public and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• A black female, 26 years old, was found in possession of cocaine in public at 40-07 12th St. and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• At 2nd Street and 26th Avenue a 37-yearold black male was observed turning without signaling and driving with a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and illegal signal.

• A 22-year-old Hispanic male was observed drinking beer in public at 41-11 28th Ave. and produced forged identification. Upon further investigation, the defendant was found to have two active warrants. The defendant was charged with forgery, possession of a forged instrument and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public.

• A 22-year-old male was observed operating a vehicle in reverse on the sidewalk at 33-18 Broadway and upon car stop, was found to be intoxicated and was found to have a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, DWI, unlicensed operator and unsafe backing up of a vehicle

• A 24-year-old Hispanic female and a 34-year-old Hispanic male were drinking beer in public at 41-07 28 Ave. and could not produce valid identification. They were charged with having an open container of alcohol.

• Two Hispanic males, a 28-year-old and a 21-year-old, were observed dealing drugs at 31- 14 34th St. and found in possession of drugs and other paraphernalia; both were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal use of a drug, criminal possession of marijuana, criminal sale of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana and illegal signaling.

• A 16-year-old black male, robbed and threatened a victim with physical harm at Newtown Road and 48th Street. The defendant was charged with robbery.

• A 20-year-old black male was observed stealing merchandise at 32-50 Vernon Blvd. and was charged with criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.

• A 16-year-old Asian male, a 16-year-old Hispanic male and a 17-year-old white male were observed on Amtrak property at 25-25 49th St. without permission and charged with criminal trespass.

• At Hoyt Avenue North and 31st Street a 22- year-old white male was observed inside a New York City playground past park hours of operation and charged with criminal trespass.

Saturday, August 11:

• On 34th Avenue between 36th and 35th Streets, a 34-year-old Hispanic male was observed in possession of a bag of marijuana and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

• A 21- and a 27-year-old Hispanic male and a 22-year-old black male were observed smoking marijuana at 32-34 38th St. and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

• A 23-year-old Hispanic male was observed drinking alcohol in public and could not produce valid identification at Broadway and 35th Street. The defendant was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public.

• At 33rd Street and 36th Avenue a 26-yearold white male fighting in the street was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

• A 45-year-old black male at 12th Street and 31st Drive was observed inside a running vehicle drinking beer. The defendant exhibited signs of intoxication and was charged with DWI.

Sunday, August 12:

• A 28-year-old white male, at 30-23 Steinway St. was seen crossing double yellow lines to pass another vehicle and upon car stop, was found to have a suspended license. The defendant was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator, failure to obey traffic device and illegal signal.

• Two 24-year-old Hispanic males were found at Ditmars Boulevard and 45th Street smoking marijuana in public and were charged with tampering with physical evidence and criminal possession of marijuana.

• A 20-year-old Hispanic male punched a victim and threatened to shoot him at 31-04 32nd St. The defendant was not found to be in possession of a firearm, but was charged with menacing, assault and harassment.

• A Hispanic male, 19, tried to punch his victim and was found to be in possession of marijuana at 32-07 36th Ave. He was charged with resisting arrest, unlawful possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.

• A Hispanic male, 28, was observed driving into oncoming traffic at 36th Avenue and 31st Street and was involved in an accident. The defendant exhibited signs of intoxication and had breathalyzer results of .17 percent. The defendant was charged with DWI, reckless driving, and a passing violation.

• A 22-year-old white male, at Ditmars Boulevard and 43rd Street, was observed disobeying a stop sign and upon car stop, was found to have a suspended license. Defendant was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated unlicensed operator and failure to obey traffic device.

• A 29-year-old Hispanic male at 34-15 32nd St. made numerous telephone and answering machine threats to a victim and was charged with aggravated harassment.

• At 11-33 30th Dr. a Hispanic male, 35, slapped a woman, pulled her hair and was charged with assault and harassment.

Monday, August 13:

• A 22-year-old Hispanic male at 30-11 30th Ave., pulled and dragged his victim by the hair, causing injury and was charged with assault, stalking and harassment.

• A 33-year-old Hispanic male exposed himself in public at 21-47 77th St. and was charged with public lewdness.

• Two white females 15 and 16 years old, a 16-year-old male, a 17-year-old Hispanic male and an 18-year-old black male were charged with criminal trespass for entering a victim's home at 31-40 47th St. without permission.

• A 47-year-old black male at 23-15 37th Ave., punched his victim in the eye and was charged with assault.

• A 21-year-old Hispanic male, was operating his vehicle while using a cellphone and when stopped at 34th Street and Northern Boulevard, was found to have a suspended license. The defendant was charged with being an aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator and driving while using cellphone.

• At Newtown Road and 50th Street a 50- year-old male was in a car accident at which time he was found to have a suspended license. The defendant was charged with being an aggravated unlicensed operator.

• At 30-95 34th St. a 30-year-old male pushed and attempted to choke his victim. He was charged with assault and harassment.

Tuesday, August 14:

• A 17-year-old Hispanic male was charged with assault after he cut a victim's arm at 30th Street and 30th Avenue.

• A 32-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after he forcibly entered a closed establishment at 27-09 21st St. and refused to leave.

• A 34-year-old white male was charged at the 114th Precinct station house, 34-16 Astoria Blvd., with criminal contempt after he violated a valid order of protection.

• Three males, a 15-year-old Asian, a 19- year-old Hispanic and a 21-year-old black, were charged with criminal use of drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of marijuana after they were observed smoking marijuana in public at 34-16 41st St.

• Two white males 19 and 26 years old were charged with violation of a local law after they were found selling merchandise without a vendor's license at 28th Avenue and 36th Street.

• A 49-year-old Asian male was charged with violation of a local law after he changed locks without a tenant's knowledge at 31-70 Crescent St.

• A 38-year-old Hispanic male was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after he was observed drinking beer in public at Broadway and 45th Street and could not produce valid identification.

• A 44-year-old white male was charged with assault and harassment after he punched a vctim in the shoulder at 23-16 41st St.

• A 15-year-old male observed trying to steal a bicycle at 33-11 Crescent St. was charged with possession of burglar's tools.

Wednesday, August 15:

• An 18-year-old white male was observed at 32-72 48th St. inside a parking lot with no purpose. Without permission the defendant led the police onto the building rooftop, where he was charged with criminal trespass and local law violation.

• A black male, 47, was observed operating a vehicle at Northern Boulevard and 39th Street with illegal tinting and was found to have a suspended license. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and equipment violation.

• A 22-year-old male was charged with DWI, disorderly conduct, driving with obstructed view and failure to use designated lanes at 25-77 Steinway St. when he was observed turning from an incorrect lane and upon car stop exhibited signs of being intoxicated and had too many passengers in the rear of the vehicle.

• A 16-year-old black male at Long Island City H.S., 14-30 Broadway, pushed a victim to the ground causing injury. The defendant was charged with assault.

• A 33-year-old white male was observed operating his vehicle without wearing a seat belt and was found to be driving with a suspended license at 34th Street and 30th Avenue. The defendant was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator.

• A 32-year-old Asian female, 41-year-old black female and two black males, 39, at 38-24 10th St. upon execution of a search warrant, were found to be in possession of multiple weapons and stolen credit cards. All of the defendants were charged with criminal possession of weapon, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal possession of controlled substance.

• A 44-year-old Hispanic male punched his victim repeatedly in the face at 36-11 21st St. and was charged with assault.

Thursday, August 16:

• A 39-year-old white male was observed with a wooden box containing marijuana at Vernon Boulevard and 33rd Road and was charged with criminal possession of marijuana.

• A 26-year-old white male punched a victim in the face at Steinway Street and Northern Boulevard and was charged with assault and harassment .

• Two 19-year-old black females, a 38-yearold black female and a 39-year-old black male, employees of an establishment at 51-10 Broadway, refunded money to themselves several times and were charged with petit larceny.

• Two Hispanic males 16 and 18 years old were observed exchanging a firearm at 51-23 Northern Blvd. and were charged with criminal possession of a weapon.

• A 40-year-old white female was charged with theft of service and criminal trespass after she entered the subway system at the station at 31st Street and 30th Avenue without payment.

• A 26-year-old Hispanic male was charged with bail jumping and criminal trespass after he was observed inside a fenced-in area at 24-15 Queens Plaza North without permission.

• A 35-year-old Asian male was charged with acting in a manner injurious to a child after he left two children he was babysitting unattended inside a vehicle at 30-72 37th St.
