Stavisky Honored By Senior Center

At a recent luncheon, Rachel Epstein (l.), director of the Selfhelp Austin Street Senior Center in Forest Hills, presented state Senator Toby Ann Stavisky with a Certificate of Appreciation. Epstein thanked Stavisky for trying to make Queens Boulevard safer and for funding one of the center's programs.
