4 Stabbed Outside Steinway Street Club

A night out came to a violent end early Sunday morning June 10. Four men left the Club Fashion, 32-16 Steinway St., at about 3 a.m. and got into an altercation with at least one other person. A 37-year-old man, the most severely injured of the four, sustained stab wounds to the neck and chest and was initially listed in critical condition, but by Monday had improved and his condition was upgraded to stable. Two other men, 31 and 32 years old, suffered minor cuts. They were taken to local hospitals and listed in stable condition. A fourth male stabbing victim traveled to Elmhurst Hospital Center in a private car and was treated and released.

No details were released as to the perpetrator's identity or those of his victims. Police of the 114th Precinct are looking for the perpetrator.

Sunday, June 10:

+ A 26-year-old black female was observed with a stolen dog inside a vehicle at 560 Main St., Roosevelt Island, and found to have a suspended license. She was charged with criminal possession of stolen property, no/insufficient tail lamps and unlicensed operator.

+ Three Hispanic males 17, 18 and 21 years old were observed with marijuana in public at Ditmars and Shore Boulevards. They were charged with criminal possession of marijuana and local law violation.

+ A 26-year-old Hispanic male was observed operating a vehicle with noise emanating at an unreasonable level. When he was stopped at Ditmars Boulevard and 37th Street, he was found to have a suspended license and was charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and local law violation.

+ A 38-year-old black male was found with a crack pipe and a knife in his possession at 22nd Street and 41st Avenue. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

+ A 25-year-old Hispanic male seen urinating in public at 28-41 41st St. was found in possession of marijuana and cocaine. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, local law violation and unlawful possession of marijuana.

+ A 29-year-old Hispanic male fighting in public at 33-14 Broadway was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

+ A 52-year-old Hispanic male was charged with assault and harassment after he elbowed a victim in the face at 31st Street and 39th Avenue.

+ A 49-year-old Hispanic male was charged at the 114th Precinct station house at 34-16 Astoria Blvd. with obstructing governmental administration, bail jumping and giving a false written statement after he gave a false address upon request and was found to be wanted on an active warrant.

+ A 38-year-old Hispanic female was charged with disorderly conduct and local law violation after she was observed selling food and drinks from coolers without a vendor's license while blocking vehicular traffic at 11-44 Welling Ct.

Saturday, June 9:

+ A 26-year-old Hispanic male was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public and unlawful possession of marijuana after he was observed drinking beer in public at 36th Avenue and 34th Street and was found in possession of marijuana.

+ A 17-year-old white male was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after he was observed drinking beer in public at 23rd Avenue and 19th Street. He was also found to be wanted on an active warrant.

+ A 16-year-old white male was charged with criminal trespass and with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after he was observed drinking beer inside of a closed park at 23rd Road and 19th Street.

Friday, June 8:

+ A 23-year-old black male was charged with disorderly conduct and unlicensed operator after he was observed operating a vehicle with excessive noise emanating from within and was found to be unlicensed when stopped at Newtown Road and 47th Street.

+ A 40-year-old white female was charged with assault, resisting arrest, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct after she refused to leave 25-01 Ditmars Blvd. upon request and spat at an officer and kicked him in the face.

+ An 18-year-old Hispanic male was charged with criminal tampering, criminal sale of marijuana, resisting arrest, criminal trespass and unlawful possession of marijuana after he was observed in possession of a plastic bag containing a large amount of marijuana and a scale at 38-14 29th St.

+ A 45-year-old black male was charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of weapon after he slashed a victim's forearm with a box cutter at 29-76 Northern Blvd.

Thursday, June 7:

+ Two 20-year-old white males were charged with criminal trespass and possession of a graffiti instrument after they were observed on the fire escape of 30-70 32nd St. without permission.

+ Two black males 54 and 55 years old were observed drinking alcohol in a closed public playground at 14th Street and 31st Road and on further investigation, were found to be wanted on an active warrant. They were charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public.

+ A 28-year-old Hispanic male was observed recklessly riding a bicycle on a sidewalk and in the middle of traffic at 55th Street and 31st Avenue. Investigation revealed he was wanted on an active warrant. He was charged with reckless endangerment, local law violation and disorderly conduct.

+ A 52-year-old was charged with criminal trespass after he was observed inside 27-10 12th St. without permission.

+ A 15-year-old black female was charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment after she threatened a victim with a knife at 28-28 35th St.

+ Two Hispanic males 21 and 27 years old were charged with criminal trespass and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after they were observed drinking alcohol inside a closed park at Hoyt Avenue North and 31st Street.

+ An 18-year-old Asian male and a 20-yearold Hispanic male were charged with criminal trespass and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public after they were observed inside a closed park at 24-54 29th St.

Wednesday, June 6:

+ An 18-year-old black male was observed at 32-62 34th St. looking into various vehicles and upon further investigation, was found with a bag that was removed from one of the vehicles without permission. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal possession of stolen property, possession of burglar's tools and criminal trespass.

+ A 28-year-old Hispanic male was observed urinating in public at 35th Avenue and Steinway Street and upon further investigation, was found in possession of crack. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, exposure of a person and public urination.

Tuesday, June 5:

+ A 19-year-old black male was observed inside another's vehicle without permission at 30th Avenue and 49th Street. He was charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle, criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny.

+ At 20-52 33rd St., a 39-year-old white male swung a sword at a victim while holding a child. He was charged with menacing, criminal possession of a weapon, acting in manner injurious to a child under 17 years old and harassment.

+ A 41-year-old Hispanic male was observed drinking alcohol in public at Shore Boulevard and 21st Avenue and upon further investigation, was found to be wanted on an active warrant. He was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage in public.
