Astoria Restoration Assn. Holds Spring Festival
Crowds thronged 31st Street between Ditmars Boulevard and 21st Avenue from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. this past Sunday, May 20 for the Astoria Restoration Association's annual Astoria Spring Festival. Even a brief shower didn't keep area residents from enjoying great food, music, bargains, antiques, games, crafts, and much more. The Astoria Restoration Association is a non-profit community corporation formed by the merchants and residents of the Ditmars community to preserve the neighborhood.
